● Year Three, Driven Forward: In November 2025, Ryan Ellis was announced as Young’s Motorsports’ full-time driver in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series as the organization enters its third season of competition.

In a significant step for 2026, Young’s Motorsports will transition its flagship No. 02 — long synonymous with the organization’s success in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series — to the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series full-time, underscoring the team’s continued growth at the national level.

Ellis will pilot the No. 02 Young’s Motorsports Chevrolet Camaro across the full 33-race schedule, continuing with Saturday afternoon’s Focused Health 302 at Las Vegas (Nev.) Motor Speedway and culminating with the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Championship Race at Homestead-Miami (Fla.) Speedway in November.

● About Ryan: A respected veteran in the NASCAR garage, Ellis joins Young’s Motorsports with more than a decade of experience across NASCAR’s national ranks, including competition in the NASCAR Cup Series and the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series.

The 2026 season will mark Ellis’ fourth full-time campaign in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series.

The 35-year-old Virginia native is coming off his first career NASCAR top-10 finish in 2025 and looks to build on that momentum while continuing to expand his résumé, which includes 190 career starts in series competition.

Known for his consistency, professionalism, and versatility behind the wheel and in the garage, Ellis aims to apply his experience to elevate Young’s Motorsports’ competitive presence in its third season in the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series.

● All-Aboard!: For the 28th of 33 O’Reilly Auto Parts Series races this season, Young’s Motorsports welcomes new partner Ajinomoto Foods North America Inc. as the primary partner on the No. 02 Chevrolet Camaro for Saturday night’s 201-lap event.

Ajinomoto Foods North America Inc., a specialty frozen food manufacturer creating products for well-being, will make its NASCAR partnership debut by supporting Ellis and the No. 02 Young’s Motorsports Chevrolet while introducing its broad portfolio of frozen food products to NASCAR’s passionate national fan base.

Ajinomoto is guided by its purpose of making everyday eating a happy experience.

● Tablo TV and GOVX Celebrate Those Who Serve: Season-long partners Tablo TV and GOVX will once again support Ellis and Young’s Motorsports this weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, with Tablo TV serving as the primary partner aboard the No. 02 Chevrolet and GOVX continuing its presence as a major associate partner.

GOVX, the members-only platform serving U.S. military personnel, veterans, first responders, emergency medical professionals and government employees, provides exclusive access to premium brands and special pricing for those who serve.

Tablo TV and GOVX will continue to build on their new partnership this weekend, celebrating military members, veterans and their families through an exclusive offer for the military community.

Following the successful launch during the United Rentals Driven to Serve 250 at Naval Base Coronado on June 20, eligible GOVX members can receive $30 off the Tablo Total System, making it even easier to enjoy free over-the-air television at home.

● Tablo Gives Fans More Ways to Watch NASCAR: As a valued partner of Ellis and Young’s Motorsports, NASCAR fans have even more ways to watch and record racing action with Tablo.

Fourth-generation Tablo DVR owners can now access and record The NASCAR Channel, featuring 24/7 free programming, including classic races, delayed broadcasts of the current season, select live events, NASCAR Studios original content and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio’s The Morning Drive.

The addition brings Tablo’s lineup to 106 free streaming channels, complementing its ability to watch and record free local broadcast television with a TV antenna through its whole-home DVR platform.

This week, fans can use promo code ELLIS to receive $20 off the purchase of a new Tablo TV device.

● Ryan Ellis O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Las Vegas Motor Speedway Stats: Saturday’s second trip of the 2026 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series season to Sin City will mark Ellis’s 10th career start at the 1.5-mile Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

In his previous nine starts at the Nevada intermediate track, Ellis earned a track-best 13th-place finish in the 2022 edition of the Alsco Uniforms 300 while driving for Alpha Prime Racing.

Earlier this season, the Ashburn, Va., native finished 30th after starting 35th in the LiUNA! NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Race.

Overall, Ellis carries a series average finish of 26.4 at the famed 1.5-mile oval into Saturday’s return to Sin City.

Following the final off weekend of the 2026 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series season, teams return to action this weekend as the tour heads west for its second and final visit of the year to Las Vegas (Nev.) Motor Speedway and the annual fall stop in Sin City.

With the season’s final break now in the rearview mirror, the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series begins its uninterrupted push toward the season finale, starting Saturday afternoon with the Focused Health 302 at the famed 1.5-mile Nevada intermediate track.

The NASCAR weekend will continue Sunday afternoon as the NASCAR Cup Series takes center stage for the South Point 400, another pivotal race in the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series Chase.

The return to Las Vegas presents teams with a distinctly different challenge from many of the tracks visited in recent weeks, with sustained speed, aerodynamic balance and tire management all playing significant roles throughout the race.

With multiple racing grooves available as rubber builds on the track, drivers will continually search for grip while working to maintain momentum and maximize speed over a run.

Finding the right balance will be especially important, as handling characteristics can evolve considerably from the start of a run to the end. A car that can stay consistent over longer green-flag stretches can provide a valuable advantage as competitors battle traffic and changing track conditions.

Track position will also remain critical. With passing increasingly difficult in turbulent air, qualifying, restarts and pit-road performance can all play an important role in determining who controls the race and who is forced to battle through traffic.

Strategy could provide another variable throughout the afternoon, with teams required to make calculated decisions involving tires, fuel and track position as the race develops.

Communication between driver and crew chief will remain paramount as teams work to stay ahead of changing conditions and continually refine their race cars throughout the 300-mile event.

For Ryan Ellis and Young’s Motorsports, Saturday’s return to Las Vegas offers another chance to maximize the remaining races of their 2026 campaign together and deliver a strong performance in the No. 02 Chevrolet.

While the organization and Ellis recently announced they will pursue separate paths after the season ends, their objectives for the remaining races remain unchanged.

Ellis and the No. 02 Young’s Motorsports team remain committed to making the most of every opportunity, executing complete races and delivering the strongest possible results for the partners and personnel who have supported their efforts throughout the year.

With only a handful of races remaining in their season together, a strong showing in Saturday’s return to Sin City would give Ellis and Young’s Motorsports another chance to create a memorable moment before closing the chapter on their 2026 partnership.

● Ryan Ellis NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Career Stats: Entering Las Vegas, Ellis has 191 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series races to his credit, earning a career-best sixth-place finish after starting 32nd in the 2026 edition of the United Rentals 300 at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway for Young’s Motorsports.

Since his 2012 debut, Ellis has averaged a 26.5 finish in series competition, including the past three seasons running full-time.

● Bristol Motor Speedway | Food City 300 Race Recap: Ryan Ellis and the No. 02 Tablo TV Chevrolet team entered Bristol (Tenn.) Motor Speedway hoping to capitalize on adjustments made following practice, but lightning forced the cancellation of qualifying and placed Ellis 27th on the starting grid.

From the drop of the green flag, Ellis battled for grip around the high-banked 0.533-mile concrete oval, making the opening portion of the race challenging for the No. 02 Young’s Motorsports team.

Despite an abundance of long green-flag runs that limited opportunities to make significant adjustments, Ellis kept communicating with his team as they methodically worked to improve the handling of the Tablo TV Chevrolet throughout the night.

Those efforts helped the car improve as the race progressed, allowing Ellis to persevere through the demanding short-track event and take the checkered flag in 27th place.

● Calling the Shots: Guiding Ryan Ellis as crew chief of the No. 02 Young’s Motorsports Chevrolet Camaro is longtime crew chief, engineer and industry veteran Eddie Troconis.

On Friday night, Troconis will call his 49th NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race from atop

the pit box. In his previous 48 starts, he has recorded two top-10 finishes, most recently in the 2026 season-opener at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway.

The season’s 28th race will mark Troconis’ fourth NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series event atop the pit box at Las Vegas Motor Speedway and his second appearance at the 1.5-mile Nevada intermediate track since 2021.

Troconis also brings considerable NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series experience at Las Vegas, with 11 starts as a crew chief producing one win, two top-five and three top-10 finishes.

His victory came in 2017, when Troconis guided eventual series champion Ben Rhodes to Victory Lane after starting sixth.

● Young's Motorsports' NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Overview at Las Vegas Motor Speedway: This weekend will mark Young’s Motorsports’ seventh and eighth starts in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series at Las Vegas (Nev.) Motor Speedway.

In the organization’s six previous races, the team has earned a track-best 18th-place finish twice, most recently during the 2025 edition of the LiUNA! NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Race, with series veteran Anthony Alfredo behind the wheel.

In Las Vegas, the organization’s six previous starts in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series have produced an average starting position of 26.7 and an average finish of 26.5

Beyond its O’Reilly Auto Parts Series efforts, the team has also made 32 starts at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series since 2014, producing a 21.4 average finish.

That stretch is highlighted by the organization’s Las Vegas-best finish of 10th, earned by Austin Hill in the series’ third race of the 2018 Truck Series season.

● Young's Motorsports' NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series History: Since entering the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series in 2024, the family-owned organization has logged 120 starts and earned one top-five and four top-10 finishes while maintaining an average starting position of 27.7 and an average finish of 25.1.

Ryan Ellis Quote Board:

On Return to Las Vegas Motor Speedway: “I’m looking forward to getting back to Las Vegas. I’ve raced there quite a few times now, so it’s a place where I understand what I’m looking for from the race car and how much the balance can change throughout a run.

“Our spring race there certainly wasn’t what we wanted, so this weekend gives us an opportunity to go back, apply some of the things we’ve learned throughout the season and hopefully put together a much stronger weekend.

“Las Vegas has been a good track for me at different points in my career, including a 13th-place finish a few years ago, and I’d love to get our No. 02 Ajinomoto Foods North America Inc. Chevrolet back into that kind of position on Saturday.”

On Keys to Success at Las Vegas Motor Speedway: “Long-run balance is going to be really important at Las Vegas. You need a car that has speed early in a run, but you also can’t give up too much as the tires wear and the track continues to change.

“Track position is important too, especially with how difficult these cars can be in traffic. Qualifying well, having clean pit stops and making the right adjustments throughout the race can make a huge difference.

“If we can unload with a good baseline and continue improving the car throughout the afternoon, hopefully we can keep ourselves in contention and have something to work with when it matters most.”

On Goals for Las Vegas Motor Speedway: “The first goal is to improve significantly from where we were at Las Vegas in the spring. We finished 30th that weekend, and I know everyone on this No. 02 team wants more than that when we go back. We’ve learned a lot since then, and hopefully we can put some of those lessons to work this weekend.

“I’d like to qualify better, stay on the lead lap and put ourselves in position to race inside the top 20. If we can execute a complete race and have the car improving as the race goes along, hopefully we can be in position to capitalize late.

“There aren’t many races left this season, so every opportunity means a little bit more. We want to leave Las Vegas knowing we maximized everything we had.”

On New Partnership with Ajinomoto Foods North America Inc.: “I’m really excited to welcome Ajinomoto Foods North America to our No. 02 Young’s Motorsports Chevrolet and incredibly appreciative of their support for Las Vegas.

“Bringing a new partner into NASCAR is always special because you have an opportunity to introduce them to our sport, our fans and everything that makes a NASCAR race weekend unique.

“I’m looking forward to representing Ajinomoto Foods North America on and off the track, helping them have a great experience in Las Vegas and hopefully delivering a performance that gives them plenty to be excited about throughout the weekend.”

On Goals for Remainder of 2026 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Season: “My goals for the rest of the season haven’t changed. I want to race as hard as I can, represent our partners the right way and give everyone at Young’s Motorsports the best results possible before the year is over.

“Tyler, Randy, Becky and everyone on this No. 02 team gave me an opportunity to race full-time this season, and even though we know our paths will be different in 2027, that doesn’t change the commitment we have to each other for these remaining races.

“We’ve experienced some great moments and some difficult ones together, but there’s still time to create a few more good memories. I’d really like to finish this chapter on a high note and give the guys on this team and all of the partners who have supported us something to be proud of when the season is over.”

● Year Three, Driven Forward: Young’s Motorsports continues its campaign in the newly rebranded NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series, returning from the season’s final off-weekend ready for the stretch run beginning at Las Vegas (Nev.) Motor Speedway this weekend.

Fan-favorite and NASCAR veteran Matt DiBenedetto joins the organization for the first of a minimum of two races in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series, taking the wheel of the No. 42 Young’s Motorsports Chevrolet Camaro for Saturday’s Focused Health 302, the 28th of 33 races on the 2026 schedule.

● About Matt: Matt DiBenedetto, 35, is a veteran NASCAR driver with more than 15 years of experience competing across the sport’s three national series.

A native of Grass Valley, Calif., DiBenedetto has made more than 240 NASCAR Cup Series starts while competing for several organizations, including Wood Brothers Racing, where he earned some of the strongest performances of his Cup Series career.

Throughout his NASCAR career, DiBenedetto has earned a reputation as a determined competitor and fan favorite while accumulating multiple top-five and top-10 finishes across NASCAR’s national ranks.

In 2022, DiBenedetto added a NASCAR national series win to his résumé, capturing an emotional NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series victory at Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway while competing for Rackley W.A.R.

More recently, DiBenedetto has competed in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series, where he earned a career-best fifth-place finish at Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway in the spring of 2025.

This weekend, DiBenedetto returns to NASCAR competition for the first time in nearly a year and makes his Young’s Motorsports debut, bringing his extensive national-series experience to the team’s No. 42 Chevrolet for the Focused Health 302 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Away from the race track, DiBenedetto and his wife, Taylor, are preparing for another exciting milestone, as the couple is expecting their first child in February 2027.

● All-Aboard! For the 28th of 33 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series races this season, Young’s Motorsports welcomes Magnesium Performance Wheels (MP Wheels) as the primary partner of the No. 42 Chevrolet Camaro for Saturday afternoon’s 201-lap Focused Health 302 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

The partnership with DiBenedetto also carries an authentic connection beyond the race track. MP Wheels recently collaborated with the NASCAR veteran to develop custom-forged magnesium wheels for his Carbon 65 Edition C7 Corvette Grand Sport.

● Matt DiBenedetto O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Las Vegas Motor Speedway Stats: Saturday’s second trip of the 2026 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series season to Sin City will mark DiBenedetto’s fifth career series start at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

In his previous four starts at the Nevada intermediate track, DiBenedetto earned a track-best 16th-place finish twice, most recently in the 2025 edition of the LiUNA! NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Race while driving for Viking Motorsports.

Overall, DiBenedetto carries an average series finish of 22.3 at the famed 1.5-mile oval into Saturday’s return to Sin City.

Beyond his O’Reilly Auto Parts Series experience, DiBenedetto has made 10 NASCAR Cup Series starts at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, highlighted by back-to-back runner-up finishes in 2020 while driving the iconic No. 21 Ford for Wood Brothers Racing.

Communication between driver and crew chief will remain paramount as teams work to stay ahead of changing conditions and continually refine their race cars throughout the 300-mile event.

For Young’s Motorsports, Saturday’s return to Las Vegas offers another chance for the No. 42 Chevrolet team to build on one of its strongest performances of the season while welcoming veteran Matt DiBenedetto behind the wheel for the first time.

Utilizing a rotating lineup of drivers throughout the 2026 campaign, the No. 42 team enters Las Vegas fresh off an encouraging performance at Bristol (Tenn.) Motor Speedway earlier this month, where Logan Bearden delivered a strong 18th-place finish under the lights at “The Last Great Colosseum.”

The result provided another encouraging step for the No. 42 program, which has continued to gain valuable experience and information throughout the season with a variety of drivers behind the wheel.

Now, with more than 15 years of NASCAR national-series experience, DiBenedetto brings a veteran perspective to the No. 42 team as Young’s Motorsports looks to carry its recent progress into the season's closing stretch.

With only a handful of races remaining in 2026, Saturday’s Focused Health 302 gives the No. 42 team another chance to capitalize on its recent performance, keep strengthening its intermediate-track program, and contend for another solid result in Sin City.

● Back-to-Back with Young’s Motorsports: Matt DiBenedetto’s Young’s Motorsports debut at Las Vegas Motor Speedway will not be a one-race affair, as the NASCAR veteran was recently announced to return to the No. 42 Chevrolet for a second consecutive NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race at Charlotte (N.C.) Motor Speedway on Saturday, Oct. 10.

The Charlotte event marks the series’ return to the famed 1.5-mile oval for its fall race, giving DiBenedetto and the No. 42 team an immediate chance to build on their first weekend together in Sin City.

With Young’s Motorsports utilizing a rotating lineup of drivers aboard the No. 42 Chevrolet throughout the 2026 season, having DiBenedetto behind the wheel for consecutive races will provide valuable continuity for the team as it looks to apply the communication, feedback and information gathered at Las Vegas directly to the following weekend at Charlotte.

DiBenedetto and Young’s Motorsports hope the back-to-back intermediate-track races will allow them to quickly establish a productive working relationship and turn their consecutive weekends together into strong results during the closing stretch of the season.

● Calling the Shots: Guiding as crew chief of the No. 42 Young’s Motorsports Chevrolet Camaro is longtime crew chief Andrew Abbott.

On Saturday afternoon, he will be the crew chief in his 190th NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race. In his previous 189 races, he has four top-five and 14 top-10 finishes.

The season’s 28th race will mark Abbott’s 11th tango at Las Vegas Motor Speedway as crew chief in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series.

In his 10 previous leadership efforts at Las Vegas, Abbott has earned a track-best 13th-place finish twice, most recently with driver Santino Ferrucci in the 2021 spring edition of the Alsco Uniforms 300.

Matt DiBenedetto Quote Board:

On Las Vegas Motor Speedway: “I’m incredibly excited to get back to Las Vegas. It’s obviously special because it’s where I made my last NASCAR start, and now it’s where I get to climb back into a race car and begin this opportunity with Young’s Motorsports.

“Vegas has always been a track I’ve really enjoyed. I’ve had some great runs there over the years, especially in the Cup Series, and came incredibly close to winning there twice in 2020.

“It’s a fast, fun mile-and-a-half where I’ve always felt comfortable, so I couldn’t ask for a much better place to get back behind the wheel. I’m just ready to get there, get to work with everyone on the No. 42 team and have some fun again.”

On Keys to Success at Las Vegas Speedway: “Las Vegas is all about having a car that you can move around with and maintain your speed over a long run. The track gives you options, and as the race develops, you’re going to see guys searching all over for grip.

“You need good balance and you have to stay ahead of the race car because what works early in a run may not be what you need 20 or 30 laps later. Communication with the team will be especially important for us because this will be our first race together.

“Track position and pit road are going to matter too. If we can communicate well, make good adjustments and keep ourselves in the mix, hopefully we can continue getting better throughout the race.”

On Goals for Las Vegas Motor Speedway: “I want to be realistic because this is my first race with Young’s Motorsports and my first NASCAR start in almost a year, but at the same time, I’m a competitor and I’m going there wanting to run well.

“The biggest thing is getting comfortable quickly, building good communication with Andrew Abbott and everyone on the No. 42 team and maximizing what we have throughout the weekend.

“If we can put together a clean race, stay on the lead lap and keep improving the car, I’d love to have us battling inside the top 20 and see what opportunities come our way late in the race. Most importantly, I want to give everyone who made this return possible a performance they can be proud of.”

On Magnesium Performance Wheels Partnership: “I’m incredibly thankful to everyone at Magnesium Performance Wheels for believing in me and making this opportunity possible. What makes this partnership so special is that it didn’t start as just a sponsorship — it started through a genuine relationship and our shared passion for cars and performance.

“I’m a huge gearhead; I believe in their products, and I’m proud to run MP Wheels on my own Corvettes. They’ve seen firsthand how passionate and loyal my fan base is, and for them to step up and play such an important role in getting me back behind the wheel means a lot.

“I want to represent them the right way all weekend, give them a great experience in NASCAR and hopefully put that MP Wheels Chevrolet in a position where we can make some noise at Las Vegas.”

On NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Opportunity with Young’s Motorsports: “I’m extremely grateful to Tyler, Randy, Becky and everyone at Young’s Motorsports for welcoming me into their family and giving me this opportunity with the No. 42 Chevrolet this weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

“Anytime you’ve been away from the race track for a while, you appreciate these opportunities even more. I’ve missed competing, I’ve missed being around the garage and I’ve definitely missed being behind the wheel, so I’m really excited to get back to doing what I love.

“The other thing I’m excited about is knowing this isn’t just one weekend. We’ll be back together the following week at Charlotte, so we can learn from Las Vegas, continue building that relationship and hopefully make some progress together from one race to the next.

“I’m thankful for everyone who helped put these opportunities together, and I’m ready to get to work and make the most of them.”
