Young’s Motorsports’ NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series History at the World Wide Technology Raceway ... This weekend will mark Young’s Motorsports’ eighth, ninth, and 10th NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series (NGOTS) starts at the Madison, Ill.,-facility. The organization has posted a team best 11th-place finish in 2018 with driver Austin Hill. The previous seven starts at the 1.25-mile track have earned Young’s Motorsports an average starting position of 19.3 and an average finish of 18.1.


Young’s Motorsports’ NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series History ... Since entering the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series in 2012, the Mooresville, N.C.,-based organization has logged 192 starts from 24 drivers, resulting in solid performances that include three top-five finishes and 20 top-10 finishes, with an average starting position of 19.8 and an average finishing position of 19.3.


Putting the Young in Young’s Motorsports … Young’s Motorsports team principal Tyler Young has three starts in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series at the World Wide Technology Raceway.


Meet Young’s Motorsports’ Drivers … Spencer Boyd, Gus Dean, and Tyler Dippel are scheduled to participate in an autograph session with the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series from 2:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. (CT) on Saturday, June 22, located at the end of the Turn 4 grandstands at the World Wide Technology Raceway.

Catch the Action ... The CarShield 200 presented by CK Power will be broadcast live on FS1 and the FOX Sports app on Saturday, June 22 at 10:00 p.m. (ET). It will also broadcast live at 9:30 p.m. (ET) on the Motor Racing Network (MRN) and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio. Qualifying for the 11th event of the 2019 NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series schedule will air on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. (ET) on FS2 and the FOX Sports app.


The CarShield 200 presented by CK Power at the World Wide Technology Raceway will re-air on Sunday, June 23 at 8:30 p.m. (ET) on FS2 and the FOX Sports app.

No. 02 Jersey Filmmaker Chevrolet Silverado

This Week's Young’s Motorsports’ Chevrolet Silverado at the World Wide Technology Raceway ... Tyler Dippel will pilot Chassis No. T-10 in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series CarShield 200 presented by CK Power at the World Wide Technology Raceway. The Chad Kendrick-led team as last unloaded this chassis at the Martinsville (Va.) Speedway on March 23, where it finished in the 23rd-place after starting in the 20th-place. Chassis No. 10 has starts at the Texas Motor Speedway with Tyler Young, and at Homestead-Miami (Fla.) Speedway and the Atlanta (Ga.) Motor Speedway with Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) Cup Series DAYTONA 500 winner Austin Dillon.


“You Can Find Me in St. Louis Rolling on Dubs” ... This weekend marks Tyler Dippel’s first World Wide Technology Raceway appearance with the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series. The Wallkill, N.Y., driver has one NASCAR K&N Pro Series East start at the 1.25-mile track resulting in a 12th-place finish in 2018. He made his track debut on August 24, 2018 in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series.


Speedway Stats: In 10 combined NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series starts on speedways (tracks 1 to 2-miles in length), Tyler Dippel has one top-10 finish (Texas), with an average finish of 14.7.


Atop the Pit Box: Chad Kendrick … Chad Kendrick, crew chief for the No. 02 Jersey Filmmaker Chevrolet Silverado, has one top-five finish and four top-10 finishes in the NASCAR Gander Outdoor Truck Series at the Madison, Ill.,-facility in seven starts. Kendrick has led 10 laps as a crew chief at the World Wide Technology Raceway.


In the Rearview Mirror: Iowa Speedway ... Tyler Dippel, driver of the No. 02 Jersey Filmmaker Chevrolet Silverado for Young’s Motorsports, finished in the 19th-place in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series M&M'S® 200 presented by Casey's General Store at the Iowa Speedway on Sunday, June 16. Dippel started in the 14th-place in the 32-truck field, and at the Stage 1 conclusion on Lap 60, Dippel was in the 18th-place. By the end of Stage 2 on Lap 120, he was in the 19th-place. The Wallkill, N.Y.- native was scored as high as the 13th-place.


Season-to-date … Through the first 10 NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series races of the 2019 season, Tyler Dippel has completed 1463 of 1640 laps contested (89.2 percent), and has led two laps. Dippel is currently 12th in the driver point standings, and 15th in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series owner points. In addition, the Young’s Motorsports driver has collected one top-10 finish, has spent 421 laps running in the top 15 and has made 356 green-flag passes thus far this season.

No. 12 OverkillRV.com Chevrolet Silverado

This Week's Young’s Motorsports’ Chevrolet Silverado at the World Wide Technology Raceway ... Gus Dean will pilot Chassis No. 101 in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series CarShield 200 presented by CK Power at the World Wide Technology Raceway. The Jeff Stankiewicz-led team last unloaded this Young’s Motorsports-prepared chassis at the Iowa Speedway on June 16, where it finished in the 20th-place after starting in the 22nd-place in the chassis’ fourth appearance of the 2019 NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series season. Tanner Thorson also took the reins of chassis No. 101 at the Bristol (Tenn.) Motor Speedway, ISM Raceway and the Martinsville Speedway, and Austin Hill was behind-the-wheel of this chassis at both the Dover International Speedway and the Iowa Speedway in 2018.


Meet Me in St. Louis ... This weekend marks Gus Dean’s first World Wide Technology Raceway appearance with the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series. The Bluffton, S.C., driver has one start in the ARCA (Automobile Racing Club of America) Racing Series, including one top-10 finish in his track debut on June 22, 2018.


Speedway Stats: In seven combined NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series starts on speedways (tracks 1 to 2-miles in length), Gus Dean has an average finish of 21.7.


Atop the Pit Box: Jeff Stankiewicz … Jeff Stankiewicz, crew chief of the No. 12 OverkillRV.com Chevrolet Silverado, has three starts at the Madison, Ill.,-facility in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series, including one top-five finish and two top-10 finishes. Stankiewicz maintains the highest average finish (7.0) of the Young’s Motorsports crew chiefs at the World Wide Technology Raceway, and it is his highest average finish track in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series. In addition, Stankiewicz has one start at the World Wide Technology Raceway in the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS). In his only start (2018) in the ARCA Racing Series as a crew chief at the World Wide Technology Raceway, Stankiewicz collected the pole award and was victorious.


In the Rearview Mirror: Iowa Speedway … Gus Dean, driver of the No. 12 OverkillRV.com Chevrolet Silverado for Young’s Motorsports, finished in the 20th-place in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series M&M'S® 200 presented by Casey's General Store at the Iowa Speedway on Sunday, June 16. The 24-year old started in the 22nd-place at the Newton, Iowa,-facility. Dean finished Stage 1 in the 20th-place on Lap 60, and at the end of Stage 2 on Lap 120, advanced to the 18th-place. The Bluffton, S.C., native was scored as high as the 18th-place.


Quoting Gus Dean:

“I do not have a lot of experience at World Wide Technology Raceway, but I hope my top-10 finish last year in the ARCA Racing Series will pay some dividends. World Wide Technology Raceway is a versatile track where handling and tires are the key to success. Hopefully, we can have a good race to kick-off the second half of the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series season.”


Season-to-date … Through the first 10 NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series races of the 2019 season, Gus Dean has completed 1143 of 1640 laps contested (69.7 percent), and is currently 17th in the driver point standings, and 20th in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series owner points. In addition, the Young’s Motorsports driver has spent 348 laps running in the top 15 and has made 329 green-flag passes thus far this season.

This Week’s Young’s Motorsports’ Chevrolet Silverado at the World Wide Technology Raceway … Spencer Boyd will pilot Chassis No. T-14 in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series CarShield 200 presented by CK Power at the World Wide Technology Raceway. The Andrew Abbott-led team last unloaded this Young’s Motorsports-prepared chassis at the Iowa Speedway on March 1, where they finished in the 16th-place after starting in the 18th-place in the chassis’ second appearance of the 2019 NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series season.


Gateway City History … This weekend marks Spencer Boyd’s second World Wide Technology Raceway appearance with the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series. Boyd is credited with a 19th-place finish in his NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series track debut on June 25, 2016.


The St. Louis, Mo., driver is one of two active professional motorsports drivers from Missouri in NASCAR, the IndyCar Series, or in Formula One.


Media Availability ... Spencer Boyd will be accessible to media in attendance at the World Wide Technology Raceway on Saturday, June 22 at 2:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (CT). The NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series rotation media availability will be hosted inside the media center.


Speedway Stats: In 11 combined NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series starts on speedways (tracks 1 to 2-miles in length), Spencer Boyd has an average finish of 21.6.


Atop the Pit Box: Andrew Abbott … Andrew Abbott, crew chief for the No. 20 1A Auto Chevrolet Silverado, has two starts in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series at the World Wide Technology Raceway including a 13th-place finish with Tyler Young in 2016.


In the Rearview Mirror: Iowa Speedway ... Spencer Boyd, driver of the No. 20 TRQ Auto Parts Chevrolet Silverado for Young’s Motorsports, finished in the 16th-position in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series M&M'S® 200 presented by Casey's General Store at the Iowa Speedway on Sunday, June 16. Boyd started in the 18th-position, finished Stage 1 on Lap 60 in the 17th-position, and was scored in the 22nd-place at the end of Stage 2 on Lap 120. The 23-year old was scored as high as 17th-position.

“St. Louis is my hometown, and the World Wide Technology Raceway is my home track. When I was a child, I raced karts at Gateway with a dream of being a NASCAR driver. So excited to be coming home!”


Season-to-date … Through the first 10 NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series races of the 2019 season, Spencer Boyd has completed 1516 of 1640 laps contested (92.4 percent), and is currently 13th in the driver point standings, and 17th in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series owner points. In addition, the Young’s Motorsports driver has collected one top-five finish (Daytona) and one top-10 finish, has spent 175 laps running in the top 15 and has made 259 green-flag passes thus far this season.
