Honor A Cancer Hero - Bid On Our Drivers!

Together with the Young Family, our drivers Kris Wright, Tate Fogleman, and Spencer Boyd invite you to support the Martin Truex Jr. Foundation and the NASCAR Foundation, in partnership with Advent Health by participating in the Honor A Cancer Hero program.

September designated as childhood and ovarian cancer awareness month, organizations are partnering to celebrate and support those champions who have helped or overcome the battles with childhood and ovarian cancer.

  • Every year, 21,000 women are diagnosed with ovarian cancer, and 14,000 women die from the disease.

  • Every day, 43 children are diagnosed with cancer, and 12% will die from the disease.

Fans will have the opportunity to nominate a cancer hero to “ride” along with Kris, Tate & Spencer at the Martinsville race on October 30th. We encourage people to bid on this program to honor a cancer champion or a medical provider who made a difference during a cancer patients’ battle. The winning bidder of each driver's auction will name their Cancer Hero, whose name will replace the driver’s signature location above the door.

Proceeds from this program will support Martin Truex Jr. Foundation integrative therapies for women and children undergoing cancer treatments as well as child life services and wellness programs provided by The NASCAR Foundation across our racing communities.
