Young’s Motorsports ventured south to Atlanta Motor Speedway this weekend for the second return to racing event since the series, along many live events were paused earlier this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The teams were on-site at “Hotlanta Speedway” in March preparing for the Vet Tix Camping World 200 when the call came down to suspend competition in favor of protecting the health and wellness of competitors and support staff. The organization's career-best track finish of 10th-place came in February of 2018, with driver Austin Dillon behind the wheel of the No. 20 truck.

74 long days after the next scheduled event in the 2020 schedule was called off by officials at Atlanta Motor Speedway in March, NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoor Truck Series teams returned to racing following Memorial Day weekend at the perfect place, America’s Home For Racing. Charlotte Motor Speedway played host to several NASCAR Cup and Xfinity Series races prior to the Gander RV & Outdoors Trucks return, carefully implementing social distancing and protective protocol to keep teams and competitors safe.
