Tyler Young - Driver

They say everything is bigger in Texas and when it comes to the desire to succeed in stock car racing, Tyler Young , a Texas native holds that saying to be true. With aspirations for success in the upper echelons of NASCAR, Young has the talent, passion and work ethic to make those dreams a reality.

Tyler will be piloting the No. 02 Chevrolet for Young’s Building Systems / Randco Industries, Inc. in the upcoming 2014 NASCAR Camping World Tuck Series season. With a winning pedigree, Tyler made the step up to the big leagues of NASCAR in 2012 and has 11 starts and several head- turning runs under his belt in the ultra- competitive NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. Randy Young

After starting two successful businesses; Randco Industries, Inc. and Young’s Building Systems, from the ground up, team owner Randy Young, who shares a passion for motorsports much like his son, Tyler, started Young’s Motorsports in 2009. As an avid NASCAR fan, the Midland, Texas native takes pride in owning this family supported team and looks forward to the first full Truck Series season in 2014.

However, aside from being a successful entrepreneur and team owner, Young will tell anyone his biggest accomplishment is his family; his wife Becky, three kids Ashley, Scott and Tyler and his three grandchildren Atleigh, Lawson and Owen.

Bryan Berry - Crew Chief

Tyler Young’s 2015 season will be led by veteran crew chief, Bryan Berry. Berry, a Homestead, Fla. native, has been a crew chief in the NASCAR ranks since 2000, working with a variety of veteran and rookie drivers in both the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and NASCAR Nationwide Series. Berry, who joined Young’s Motorsport’s in January, 2014 is an 11-year veteran of the NCWTS and has 178 starts to his resume, including eight top-five and 27 top-10 finishes.

Andrew Abbot - Truck Chief

Andrew Abbot enters the 2015 season as the Truck Chief for Young’s Motorsports. Andrew’s hometown is Clio, MI.

Stephanie Piorkowski - Office Manager

Stephanie grew up in Watertown, South Dakoda watching her dad race street stocks and modifieds at her local dirt track, so you can say racing is in her blood. Stephanie is a mom to three and a step-mom to two and is expecting her first grandbaby in May, William Carter.

Clayton Brewer - Front Tire Carrier & Mechanic

Clayton was introduced to racing through a family friend. He spent three years in high school working in the IMCA Stock Car division at local dirt tracks with driver, Jason Batt, at Texas Thunder Speedway and Heart O’ Texas Speedway. In fact, “Ding Dongs” most memorable racing memory was winning two track championships in a single year with Batt in 2011.

David Neitzel - Front Tire Changer

David is the son of Stephanie Piorkowski, the front office manager for Young’s Motorsports. Just like Stephanie, David is from Watertown, South Dakota and moved to North Carolina in 2007 to pursue a career in racing. Currently “Speed” works full-time for Buck Stevens doing paint, body and car wraps.

Kiefer Phillips enters the 2014 season as Rear Tire Changer for Young’s Motorsports. Kiefer’s hometown is Rochester, NY.
